The Mutual App allows Members who are registered for Internet Banking to access their banking from the convenience of their smart phone. 

The Mutual App has a modern new look allowing members to access the most popular products and services:

Additional security features for members include:

  • Use a biometric login, pattern or PIN
  • Change your Internet Banking password
  • Reset your Mutual Visa Card PIN
  • Temporarily lock your Mutual Visa Card 

 

If you have automatic updates set up on your device your existing Mutual App will automatically upgrade, otherwise you will need to update via the App Store or Google Play Store - see links above.

To login to the Mutual App you will need to use your Internet Banking User ID and password. If you do not have an Internet Banking User ID and password, please contact Member Services at info@themutual.com.au or phone 1300 688 825 for assistance.

Important: Please remember to never share your password or PIN details with anyone. We will never call, email or SMS you to ask for your personal information such as your User ID or password.
