Mutual Visa Credit Card Holder Details
How can we help you?
Important Note
  • The Mutual Visa Credit Card limit you request must be more than your outstanding debit balance plus any outstanding transactions and not be less than The Mutual Visa Credit Card product minimum limit of $500.00.
  • To close a Mutual Visa Credit Card the outstanding debit balance, including any outstanding credit card transactions plus any accrued fees and charges must be paid in full.

Other important things to note:

  • You may have outstanding credit card transactions that have not been notified to The Mutual Bank, and that have not yet been recorded on your Mutual Visa Credit Card account, which may cause your account outstanding debit balance to be over the new reduced credit limit.
  • A Mutual Visa Credit Card limit reduction request must be from the account holder only. We may contact the Mutual Visa Credit Card account holder to authenticate an online limit reduction request.
  • A new reduced limit will take effect as soon as practicable, but usually within 2 business days, of us receiving your limit reduction request. We will forward you a limit reduction letter in confirmation.
  • To increase your Mutual Visa Credit Card limit again you will need to complete a new Mutual Visa Credit Card application.
  • Please contact our Member Services Team on 1300 688 825 or info@themutual.com.au who can assist you with your credit card account outstanding balance and notified outstanding transactions detail.
