School Banking Process

Primary Schools

The Mutual will visit the school once a week to provide the Bank@School service.

Students place their passbooks and money for depositing in a preprinted envelope, into a locked security box provided by The Mutual and located in the school's main office.

A Mutual staff member will attend the school and collect the passbooks and deposit envelopes on the agreed banking day. These will be taken to the nearest branch of The Mutual for processing and updating. The passbooks and a new deposit envelope will be returned to the office the same day as processing.

The Mutual requests that the school arrange the return of the passbooks to their students.

The school banking service will continue each week of every term excluding the last week of the school year.
