Interruption to Services

We have been advised today that a 3rd Party Supplier has experienced an issue that may affect digital certificates used to enhance security on many services globally including The Mutual App, Mobile Banking and Internet Banking, and

Due to this it is possible that members may experience an issue with some or all of these services offered by The Mutual after 6.00pm 1 March 2018.

We are working with our suppliers to resolve this issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
