Mighty Mutual and Retirement Account take top honours among Australia's best value deposit accounts.



Mighty Mutual and Retirement Account has been crowned the nation’s best value deposit account in the annual Mozo Experts Choice Deposit Awards.

“Now in their fifth year, Mozo’s Awards continue to help Australians reliant on generating a decent return from their savings get the best value possible,” says Kirsty Lamont Mozo Director.

“When it comes to deposit accounts The Mutual’s Mighty Mutual and Retirement Account was the stand out performer with its competitive interest rates and no monthly service fee.”

Mozo’s experts analysed 680 deposit accounts from 70 providers including savings, term deposits and self-managed super funds.

“It’s clear that mutuals and challenger banks once again are offering the best value for customers,” Lamont says.

“So if you are one of the many Australians locking your money up with one of the Big 4, it pays to do your research and seek out the best deal you can.”
