Glendale Branch is reopening at Edgeworth Town Square
We are pleased to share with our community that we are currently working towards reopening our branch in Lake Macquarie.
We sincerely thank our local Lake Macquarie members, whom have stood by us during the uncertainty of the coronavirus pandemic. It was a difficult but necessary step for us to temporarily close our Glendale Branch, so that we could better resource our Collections Team and Call Centre to meet the needs of members experiencing, or at risk of, financial hardship.
Now that we have adjusted to our new normal, and have new team members coming on board, we are preparing to reopen our full branch network so that we can truly get on with ‘business as usual’.
Recently, we were presented with an excellent retail opportunity in Edgeworth Town Square. With the lease expiring on our Glendale Branch in December, and no option to renew, we have made the decision to relocate our operations over to the next suburb at Edgeworth. While we appreciate this is an unexpected outcome for us all, we are thrilled to report that it comes at a significant annual cost saving for our members.
The address of the Edgeworth Branch will be 720 Main Rd, Edgeworth and we are currently working towards having it operational by the end of the year.
Once again we would like to thank all of our members for their support during what has been a turbulent year, and, we look forward to sharing the exciting news of the reopening at Edgeworth.
