CEO Geoff Seccombe says our team are here to help any member who has been impacted by the storms, torrential rain, and subsequent flooding.

“As is always the case, we encourage any member experiencing hardship to please call our team on 1300 688 825, email us at info@themutual.com.au or visit a local branch if there is anything we can do to help,” Geoff says.

“Based on each member’s circumstance, our team can provide you with assistance or financial hardship relief as appropriate to your situation.”

“Our branches are located at East Maitland, Edgeworth, Dungog, Maitland, Mayfield, Rutherford, and Raymond Terrace and they are open to help members through this difficult time.”
