Hannah Wheeler (Marketing Officer), Zac Baylis (Acting Member Processing Supervisor) and Capri Archer (Member Service Officer) of The Mutual Bank have been selected as the top three finalists in the Financial Services category of the upcoming NSW Training Awards – Hunter Region.

Conducted annually by Training Services NSW, these prestige awards recognise outstanding achievement in vocational education and training. Finalists are selected through a rigorous interview process, and are judged locally by the Hunter Regional Apprenticeship and Traineeship Advisory Committee.

The Mutual Bank CEO Geoff Seccombe said that this representation highlights The Mutual Bank’s ongoing commitment to staff development and training.

“The Mutual Bank has a longstanding history of providing training and professional development opportunities for staff members,” Mr Seccombe said.

“Having a culture of continuous learning is one way that we ensure our employees are fulfilled at work and equipped with the skills to provide the highest quality of customer service to our members. I take this opportunity to congratulate Hannah, Zac and Capri on their wonderful achievement.”

The three finalists from The Mutual Bank go head to head at a virtual awards ceremony held on Monday 22 June 2020. The awards ceremony will be broadcast live nationwide on the NSW Training Awards Facebook page.
