Now you can choose to pay using eftpos or Visa on your eligible Mutual Visa Debit or Credit Card with Apple Pay.
Apple Pay is a fast, easy, secure way to pay in stores, in selected apps and on the web in Safari.
Tap with eftpos when you’re in store for:
- Real time balances to stay on top of your spending.
- Secure, easy, and quick contactless transactions.
- Cash out.
It’s quick and easy to update your Mutual Bank card in Apple Pay to include the eftpos payment network.
- On an iPhone:
Open Wallet, tap your Mutual Bank card and tap the more button in the upper-right corner, then select Remove This Card.
Add your Mutual Bank card back into Apple Pay on your iPhone.
Open the Wallet app, tap the “+” sign in the upper-right corner and follow the prompts.
When prompted to add your card select ‘Add a Different Card’ and add your card using the iPhone camera to capture the card information or by manually entering your card details.
- On an Apple Watch:
Open the Watch app on your iPhone, go to the My Watch tab and select Wallet & Apple Pay, tap the card, then select Remove This Card.
Add your Mutual Bank card back to Apple Pay on your Apple Watch. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap “Wallet & Apple Pay” tap “Add Card” and follow the prompts. When prompted to add your card select ‘Add a Different Card’ and add your card using the iPhone camera to capture the card information or by manually entering your card details.
Switching your default payment from Visa to eftpos is easy.
Open the Wallet app, tap your eligible debit card, tap and select ‘eftpos SAV’ from ‘Payment Option’. To update your Apple Watch, double-click the side button, select your eligible card, firmly press the display, then select ‘eftpos SAV’.
