Our service is what sets us apart. We have branches across the Hunter Region and value community and Member relationships. We have Lending Managers, Lending Operations, Marketing, Communications, Product Governance and Fraud teams all working to ensure our Members’ experience is the best it can be.

It depends on the role, for example our Member-facing Branch staff are unable to work from home, but they receive three flexible days per year. All other roles can accommodate a hybrid arrangement.
