Lost or stolen cards

If you’ve lost your card or it was stolen, you can immediately block it in the App and request a replacement.

Open The Mutual App
Go to ‘Cards’ and select your card
Change your card status from ‘unlocked’ to ‘locked’

You can also order a replacement card by selecting ‘Replace Damaged Card’
