The Mutual Bank’s exceptional service has been recognised in the Port Stephens Examiner 2022 Local Business Awards.
Our Raymond Terrace Branch team was one of 11 finalists in the Professional Services Award and named the winner of its category at a glittering awards night at Soldiers Point Bowling Club on Monday 22 November 2022.
The Local Business Awards aim to pay tribute to and reward the local community's best businesses. It also aims to develop and strengthen the bonds between businesses and the community, helping to improve the standards of local businesses.
Finalists are selected based on the number of online and printed nominations they receive in their specific category. The finalists are then comprehensively judged in two stages – from the information received by each business and from a mystery shop visit by one of the anonymous judges.
The Mutual Bank’s CEO Geoff Seccombe said the award is a wonderful recognition of the continued professional care the Raymond Terrace team show their community.

The Mutual Bank won the Overall Business of the Year in the 2021 Local Business Awards after its Rutherford Branch won the award for Outstanding Professional Service.
