We are delighted to share with members the news that our branch network is returning to full capacity next week, with the reopening of Edgeworth branch on Wednesday 1 December.
The Mutual Bank’s CEO Geoff Seccombe extends his sincere thanks to our Lake Macquarie members for their patience and understanding while the branch was temporarily closed during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The health and safety of our members, staff, and the broader community is paramount to The Mutual Bank and we thank you all for your understanding and support,” he said.
Our Member Service Supervisor, Tayla, and her friendly Member Service Team are looking forward to welcoming members back to the branch on December 1.
You’ll find the branch inside Edgeworth Town Square at 720 Main Rd, Edgeworth.
We also have branches at Dungog, East Maitland, Maitland, Mayfield, Raymond Terrace, and Rutherford.
In line with the advice from NSW Health we ask all members and visitors to check-in using the QR code on display, or your check-in card, and adhere to the two square metre physical distancing rule.
Please continue to wear masks (unless an exemption applies) and use the sanitiser provided.
