If you are registered for Internet Banking, you can download the Mutual App in either the App Store (iOS device) or Google Play (Android device).

If you have automatic updates set up on your device your existing Mutual App will automatically upgrade, otherwise you will need to update via the App Store or Google Play Store.

Yes, Members will be required to log in when accessing the new app for the first time.


To use The Mutual Bank App, your device must be running one of the following supported operating systems: 

  • Apple iPhone: iOS 12.2 or above 
  • Android devices: Android 7 or above 

If your device does not meet these minimum requirements, you may not be able to install or update the app. You can still access your accounts anytime using our mobile‑friendly Internet Banking on our website. 

Go to the Profile tab → Edit → Choose either “Take new photo” or “Choose existing photo.” To remove, select “Remove photo.”

Go to the main Menu in the top left of home screen → Settings → App security and banking limits → Daily transaction limits.
