How to log in
To login to the Mutual App you will need to use your Internet Banking User ID and password. If you do not have an Internet Banking User ID and password, please call our Contact Centre on 1300 688 825 or email info@themutual.com.au for assistance.
Important: The Mutual Bank will never ask you to transfer money to keep it safe or request your online banking passwords, one-time security codes, PINs, or tokens over the phone.
