Apple Pay is the safer, faster way to pay in stores with your iPhone and Apple Watch. Quickly check out using the devices you carry every day.
To pay with Face ID, double-click the side button, glance at your screen, then hold iPhone near the reader. For Touch ID, hold your iPhone near the reader with your finger on Touch ID. On Apple Watch, double-click the side button and hold Apple Watch up to the reader.
Google Pay works anywhere contactless payments are accepted. Just wake up your Android phone and hold it near the reader until you see a check mark. You don’t even need to open the app.
Use Google Pay to check out even faster across your favourite apps and sites. Once you’ve added a card, you won’t need to enter your payment info again. Just choose Google Pay at checkout, confirm your purchase, and you’re all set.
Make fast simple payments with using a PayID® account alias. Send funds fast through Osko® when you set up PayID with your phone number, email address, or ABN (for businesses).
You can set up and manage your account PayID using the Mutual App or Internet Banking. You can also set up PayID by contacting our Member Service team over the phone or in person. Account PayID using ABN is only setup and managed by our Member Service team.
To set your PayID up using the Mutual app, simply open the Mutual App, log in, select Transfer then PayID. From here you can follow the prompts to set up your PayID for your account.
To set up and manage your account PayID using Internet Banking, log into Internet Banking, hover over My Preferences and select Manage PayID. Follow the prompts on the page to complete setting up or changing your account PayID.

Osko® allows you to receive money into your account almost instantly. It is a fast way to pay and receive payments. When you are making a payment and the payee’s financial institution is enabled to receive Osko® payments, the payment will arrive into the payee’s account within seconds. Payments can be made anytime, day or night.
The Bank@Post network provides over 3,200 Australia Post outlets where you can do your day-to-day banking with your Everyday Account. To access your Everyday Account through Bank@Post, all you need is a Visa Debit Card linked to your account. Learn more.
The Mutual Bank ATMs are surcharge free for Members. You can check the locations of our ATMs here.
Our ATMs have a contactless feature allowing you to withdraw cash with a tap of your card or digital wallet on the reader, instead of inserting your card. A balance will be shown after the withdrawal.
For a balance only, you will need to insert your card.
Contactless transactions at our ATMs use the same security measures as chip transactions, including encryption and authentication.
